La réparation se passe en 4 étapes. Premièrement vous décrivez votre panne en ligne ou par téléphone. Un simple appel ou un formulaire suffit. Vous indiquez les symptômes (fuite, bruit, tambour bloqué, code erreur, etc.) et la marque de votre machine.
Ensuite nous réalisons un devis à un prix fixe de 80€ sur la réparation de votre machine à laver. Vous recevez immédiatement ce devis clair et transparent, sans frais cachés.
Ensuite notre réparateur se déplace chez vous pour la réparation selon vos disponibilités. Plus besoin de transporter votre lave-linge, tout se fait sur place.
La réparation est réalisé et, si nécessaire, notre réparateur repasse chez vous avec la pièce défaillante si besoin d’une nouvelle réparation. La deuxième réparation est inclu dans le devis mais pas la pièce à changer. Le technicien vous donne également des conseils pour prolonger la durée de vie de votre appareil.
Certaines petites pannes oui, mais une mauvaise manipulation peut aggraver le problème. Nos techniciens interviennent en toute sécurité.
